CASE REVIEW AND EXPERT OPINION REPORT:
$500
Includes review of all reports and video related to the DWI arrest. An expert opinion report of the administration and scoring of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests will be compiled and made available to the attorney. Most reviews are completed within 2-5 business days from receipt of file and payment. Expedited review is available for an additional charge of $100.
TRIAL DATE APPEARANCE FEE:
$750/day
The appearance fee is non-refundable as is a retainer for the date requested. The fee includes expert testimony on the trial date(s). Trial consultation by phone is included. (A case review is required prior to the court appearance).
Judge/Jury trials: Two-day minimum retainer ($1500)
Motion to Suppress/ALR Hearings: $500 Must be paid in full 30 days prior to the hearing and is non-refundable.
One half of the trial appearance fee is due thirty days prior to the court date ($750) this is non-refundable. The second half of the appearance fee ($750) will be due five days prior to the court date and is also non-refundable.
ALL court appearances include a 50-mile radius from Arlington, Texas. Anything farther than 50 miles will be charged actual expenses which will be itemized. Actual expenses will include lodging, travel and a meal per diem of $50 per day. All travel expenses will need to be paid prior to the travel.
At the conclusion of the trial, I will send a final bill with any incidental expenses that were incurred such as taxi/uber services, parking fees, etc. This final bill will also include any fee that may apply for additional days of trial.
If a plea agreement is reached or if the trial is continued at any of the settings, the appearance fee is non-refundable as it was used as a retainer for the court date(s).
If the trial is continued or a plea deal reached after travel is secured, travel expenses are only refundable if I am able to cancel without a fee. The trial date fee remains non-refundable.

Suggestions will be provided to assist with your vigorous cross examination based off the case review I completed for your client. This report will include my opinion of the most essential parts of the administration and scoring of the field sobriety tests, with questions listed. It will also include possible answers the officer may give and follow up questions. This report will be supplied to you in advance of the trial to assist with your trial preparation.
Most cross-examination consultations based on a completed case review take 2-5 hours to complete.
CROSS EXAMINATION CONSULTATION AT COURTHOUSE:
$100/Hour, Five hour minimum
If the trial is located farther than 50 miles from Arlington, Texas, actual travel expenses will be itemized and must be paid prior to any travel. If the trial is continued, the travel expenses are refundable if I am able to cancel without a fee.
